Refund policy

To receive a full refund, your item must be returned to our return address within ten (10) business days of your purchase (the date printed on your invoice). Item(s) must have original tags still attached and be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free of pet hair, deodorant, and/or makeup. Items that do not meet the above requirements will not receive a refund or credit for their return. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any sign of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer. All sales are final on ALL SALE items purchased, no refunds.
